Provide executive leadership for the U.S. Census Bureau's Geographic Support Program, leading the development and maintenance a national geospatial database, the Master Address File/Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) System. This system of addresses, roads, boundaries, and imagery serves as the foundation for conducting the Census Bureau's censuses and surveys. Serve as Co-chair of the High-level Group on the Integrated Geospatial Information Framework (IGIF), the highest substructure of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM). Provide strategic leadership for global implementation of the UN-IGIF, an overarching strategic policy and guide for nearly 200 countries to reference when developing and strengthening their national geospatial information management systems.

Based in the United Nations Statistics Division in New York, Greg Scott has led the substantive Secretariat of UN-GGIM since 2012, providing strategic policy advice and leadership, and guiding the development, coordination and implementation of the substantive global geospatial program and content for UN-GGIM. A major focus for Greg over the past 5 years has been leading the development and implementation of global geospatial information frameworks and guides within the umbrella of UN-GGIM, specifically the United Nations Integrated Geospatial Information Framework (UN-IGIF). Greg has a Graduate Diploma in Geography from the Australian National University, and a PhD in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Melbourne.

Jill Saligoe-Simmel

Principal Product Manager | Esri

Jill Saligoe-Simmel is the Principal Product Manager of Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) and INSPIRE at Esri, where she leads product requirements and strategy for next-generation SDI and geospatial ecosystems. As a Subject Matter Expert, Jill brings over two decades of geospatial technology, governance, and policy-level experience, with substantial involvement in statewide and national NSDI. Today, she focuses on integrated geospatial infrastructures to enable new distributed patterns of sharing and collaboration to address common goals and shared challenges.

Shashank Priya

Vice President for Research | University of Minnesota

Shashank Priya is the University of Minnesota's vice president for research, overseeing a $1+ billion research enterprise across five campuses. At UMN he has created the International Institute for Biosensing, a research planning initiative called Research 2030 and the UMN National Security Research Institute Task Force. He previously served as associate vice president for research and director of strategic initiatives, and professor of materials science and engineering at Penn State. He has published over 450 academic journal articles and holds 12 patents. He earned his BS from Allahabad University, his ME from the Indian Institute of Science, and his PhD in materials engineering from Penn State.
